Delivery & installation
Installation must be completed by a licensed electrician in accordance with local electrical regulations. Correct heater power should be selected based on the volume of the sauna room. If the sauna includes non-insulated surfaces such as glass panels, brick, or concrete, additional heater capacity may be required. Calculation Guideline Add 1.2 m³ to the sauna volume for every 1 m² of non-insulated wall surface. Example: A 10 m³ sauna with a glass door should be calculated as approximately 11.5 m³ when selecting heater output.

Do I need an electrician?
Yes. Installation must be completed by a licensed electrician in accordance with local electrical regulations. We can talk you through what your electrician will need to know.
Will it run on single-phase power?
It is supplied configured for 3-phase as standard. Single-phase must be specified at the time of order. Most Australian homes are single-phase, so please ask us before you buy and we will confirm the conversion cost with the supplier.
Are sauna stones included?
Yes, stones are supplied with it.
