Delivery timeframes

Lead times vary by product and your location. In-stock accessories typically dispatch within 2 to 5 business days. Larger items such as saunas, ice baths and hot tubs are often made to order or sent by freight; the estimated lead time is confirmed at the time of quote or order.

Freight and delivery costs

Freight for large items is calculated on size, weight and delivery location. We confirm any freight cost with you before your order is finalised, so there are no surprise charges at checkout.

Delivery details

• Standard delivery is kerbside or ground floor unless otherwise arranged.
• Please have someone available to receive and inspect larger deliveries.
